We are social security advocates – from California, to the Midwest, to Boston – We help applicants, nationwide, apply for Social Security Disability benefits (SSDI). As you know by now, the SSDI application process is time-consuming, cumbersome, and can really be a challenge – particularly if you’re trying to focus on your health. We can help.
We’re in Boston – But Our Clients are Nationwide
In today’s world, it doesn’t matter where your social security lawyer or advocate is located. We email, we text, we fax, and we are accessible to you, to help you move your social security SSDI disability claim forward.
We try to make the process as easy as possible. Before you file your initial application for disability benefits, an attorney will speak with you about your claim, evaluate the potential issues in your claim, help you file an initial application, and help you with the appeals process.
Most social security and disability lawyers don’t help claimants file an Initial Application for benefits – we do. We’ll get involved from the beginning.
We Will File Your Initial Claim for SSDI Disability Benefits
We will help you collect all the relevant information. We will evaluate your claim, and ensure your expectations are in-line with a realistic assessment of your ability to be awarded social security disability benefits.
Unlike most lawyers, we will file an Initial Application for you, we’ll file for reconsideration if you are denied, and we will appeal your reconsideration denial. If your claim requires a hearing, we will either handle it ourselves, or coordinate finding an attorney who is local to your hearing office who can handle your SSDI hearing.
How Do We Get Paid?
We only receive a fee if you are approved for SSDI disability benefits. That’s called a contingency-fee, which means we receive nothing in fees if we are unsuccessful. If we successfully win your claim, we only receive 25% of your back-pay benefit, and our fee cannot exceed $6,000.00 total – so, there is no out-of-pocket cost for hiring Qualify LLC. The payment of our fees will be sent directly from the Social Security Administration to our office, and the balance of the back-pay award will be sent to you, the claimant, in the form of a check or a direct deposit.
If we are unsuccessful, and the Social Security Administration denies your claim even after a hearing – you pay us nothing.
